Summary
This is a pretty comprehensive list of the tasks a residential electrician can do in your home, but there is no way it covers everything. The best way to get an idea of what an electrician can do is to give them a call! Any great electrical company will let you know what they can and can’t do, and more importantly what might not be the best job to hire them for, because yes, an electrician can come replace a standard light bulb for you but that may not be the most cost effective trade to hire for that task, but replacing a light bulb on a chandelier over your staircase and 20 feet up might be a great task to hire an electrician for.
