Here’s How To Get A EV Charger Rebate In 2022 (B.C.). This application will also work for Peachland, Vernon, Summerland, and Penticton, and the rest of BC.
Who qualifies for an EV charger rebate?
Single family homes, duplexes or townhouses with private garages or dedicated parking.
How much of a EV charger rebate can I get?
Single-family homes can get a rebate of up to 50% of the purchase and installation costs of an eligible Level 2 EV charger, to a maximum of $350.
Can I get a rebate on a Level 1 EV charger?
No. Current rebates are only available for installations of Level 2 chargers.
How to apply for your EV charger rebate:
1. Get your EV charger installed by a professional electrician.
2. Download the application form here.

3. Fill out all the information on the form pertaining to you.
Pro Tip: Have this printed out and ready before the electrician comes to do the work. This way the electrician can fill out their portion of the application and save you waiting on them completing their application.
